Since the 2001, Shwenit watches are designed and engineered to exacting standards. each is individually crafted, carefully tested and hand finished with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Long-term Care

    Like any precision instrument, a fine watch requires regular maintenance. To ensure that your watch operates for many years, we recommend it be serviced every four years and that the watch battery be replaced every two years. 

    For maintenance or battery replacement information, please contact a Client Advisor at a Shwenit jewels store. Only these authorized retailers have the necessary tools and equipment to service your timepiece to our exacting standard.

  • Day-to-day Care

    1. Cleaning: For metal bracelets and water-resistance cases, clean with a soft brush and soapy water. Dry with a soft cloth. If exposed to salt water, promptly rinse the watch in fresh water  

    2.Water resistance: Water resistance varies per design. We recommend having the water resistance tested if the watch was subject to a severe shock. 

    3. Crown: For select models, after every adjustment or winding, ensure the crown is in normal position (tightened against the case) to help protect the watch from water damage. 

    4. Strap: For leather, alligator or satin-finish straps, avoid contact with water, extended exposure to sunlight and contact with greasy or oily substances.

Can I change my order and add other products or remove them?

Unfortunately we are unable to combine two orders in one shipment, as order details are processed automatically. As soon as the packages are shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email for each order, with two separate Tracking Numbers and invoices.
