1. SPECIAL ORDERS POLICY

Engraving is optional services from Shwenit Jewels INC., if you want to engrave your lovely words on your jewellery, don’t hesitate to contact us for engraving. However, the nature of some jewellery engraving is not possible, unique engraving and font might apply additional cost.  Contact Us

    2. METAL PURITY

    If you wish to place any of your favourite order in a different metal purity (14K or 18K), e-mail us at info@shwenitjewels.com and we will look into your request.

    All special orders are not refundable or returnable. They will take around 3-4weeks’ time to deliver from the date of purchase.

    3. LIMITED WARRANTY (PAID REPAIRS ONLY)

    Paid Centre or Side Stone Tightening Service 

    Sometimes, the prongs holding your diamond can become loose due to the wear and tear of everyday activities. This is not a reflection of poor craftsmanship - a ring that is worn regularly is more likely to become damaged. It’s important to keep your center and/or side stones tight so that they don’t fall out. Shwenit Jewels INC. offer paid stone tightening service - all you have to do is pay for shipping + stone tightening service charge. Contact a Shwenit Jewels INC. Customer Service Representative to arrange stone tightening service for your ring. The customer has to pay inbound and outbound shipping charges.E-mail us at info@shwenitjewels.com and we will look into your request.

    Please Note: (Repairs)

    If you need any repair services for jewellery purchased from Shwenit Jewels INC. E-mail us at info@shwenitjewels.com and we will look into your request. Your jewellery can be mailed back to our office for evaluation. Once inspected, you will be notified for applicable repairing charges before any work is done to service your jewellery. The work will begin after receiving your written confirmation by e-mail. We will start work on your repair request after receiving shipping + repair charges in advance. The customer has to pay inbound and outbound shipping charges.

    EXCLUSION

    The After Sales Service Policy is only available to customers purchasing from Shwenit Jewels INC. on chargeable basis.

    • Shwenit Jewels INC. determine that the product has been worked on or repaired by any party other than Shwenit Jewels INC., or if the product forwarded to Shwenit Jewels INC. is not manufactured by Shwenit Jewels INC. then we will not provide any service to product. The customer has to pay inbound and outbound shipping charges.
    • You are missing proof and date of purchase then we will not provide any service to product

    Exclusions that will not be accepted as manufacturing defect and applied to the aftersales service policy includes:

    • Precious metals change of color due to exposure of chemical, used while swimming and hot tubs or bathing.
    • Precious metals bend of prong over time due to daily wear and requiring a refurbishment as its normal condition.
    • Due to daily wear, stones to fall out as prongs get worn out.
    • Loss of stone due caused by daily wear or other kinds of damage.

    Can I change my order and add other products or remove them?

    Unfortunately we are unable to combine two orders in one shipment, as order details are processed automatically. As soon as the packages are shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email for each order, with two separate Tracking Numbers and invoices.
